Every contractor has a different policy regarding deposits. We will discuss these details with you during the selection process. 

Prior to signing contracts, we would sit down with you and your chosen contractor to ensure that the payment structure safeguards you as the client and suits the cashflow requirements of the project. 

We ensure that all contractors are following the designs of the architect and structural engineers to ensure that all work is completed to British Standards and to verify this, your independent building inspector will pass off ease phase of work. 

Our vetting process mitigates as much risk as practically possible to ensure this does not happen, including financial background checks and site inspections are carried out on every project they complete for us ensuring company standards. 

Our exclusive service maximises your chance of finding the perfect Contractor for your project. We provide up to three competitive quotations from verified contractors to guarantee a realistic estimate. We carry out inspections at stages throughout your protect to ensure everything is running smoothly and in addition we control how your payments are delivered. We take out insurance on your behalf so you can rest assured that you’re protected. 

Contractors are invited or apply to work with us. Each contractor is financially checked, site inspections are carried out on their existing projects and with their existing clients during the sign up process. 

Insurance documents are verfied annually and prior to the commencement of any new project. 

No. It is very common for some contractors to specialise in completing a water tight structure while others specialise in interior fit outs. We would work with you on choosing the right contractors for your project. 

If you become unhappy with the contractor you have chosen we would encourage you to contact us in the first instance. We would then carry out a unannounced site visit without informing the contractor of the purpose of our visit and provide you with our feedback to your complaint. If required, we will mediate the dispute between yourself and the contractor to resolve your problem.

Yes. All clients are provided for the JCT contract as part of our service. 

All construction work will be guaranteed for 12 months as per JCT contract terms.

Health and Safety is the responibility of your principle contractor and principle designer. More information will be provided during an initial meeting together. 

This would be part of an agreed project scope which we would discuss with you during our initial meeting together.
