Tony and Aisha purchase a listed building in 2021 and had always dreamed of making a house with this character a home comprising of an extension with the luxury of modern living and living spaces with character. This project was as challenging as it was enjoyable.
Tony and Aisha brought us in to project manage this build after there was one too many oversites in the pre planning costing them over £50k extra in the first 6 weeks of the project. With a year on the clock time wasn’t a problem here, getting to grips with the plan and schedule and bringing in specialist contractors to complete complex foundations and co-ordination with the drainage and brickwork contractors was paramount.
