Michael approached us with a listed working mans club that had planning to turn to 8 flats, we worked with Michael, Michael’s professional team and local building authorities right from the start, planned and scheduled this project down to the last detail. We were responsible to deliver this project in a superfast 12 month window with a show flat to be first off the block. For this project we stationed a site manager to over see the daily operations, health and safety and schedule of the build. After strip out and demolition we identified the opportunity to increase the number of units and increased project scope from 8 to 10 flats with the support of Micheals professional team.
