A nice straight forward 1st floor extension over a garage. Scott reached out in Spring 2022 simply looking to enlarge his master bedroom and create an ensuite. A really simple two phase process for this project employing a specialist in building the shell structure followed by an interior team to complete the inside. This allowed the top finish for the client with no complications. We were of course on hand to complete pass off, weekly site visits and reports and completion snag lists for each team.
